Group Training


Which is Better - Private Training or Group Training Sessions?
Working out one-on-one with your trainer ensures that you receive individualized attention which will help you master your exercise technique and will allow your trainer to monitor your program two to three days per week.  The Group Training Sessions offer workouts six days per week which are all designed and supervised by our trainers.  You'll enjoy the variety of programming, the energy of the music and the social atmosphere. You have total flexibility and lots of choices - just ask yourself how much time you want to invest in your health and fitness and which types of programs you enjoy best.  You will never have to reschedule your appointment with your trainer again! 


Training Guidelines:

All Group Training Sessions are designed by nationally certified Personal Trainers who are well-versed on the most effective, safest and efficient ways to train the body. With our cutting edge programs and a trainer making sure you're doing things right, you're going to quickly look and feel your best! Group Training Sessions are suitable for everyone. Regardless of fitness level or age, we have a program that will help you reach your goals.


Cross-Training:

We are firm believers in the importance of mixing up your training routine. Avoid only participating in one type of exercise.  We include Cardio Circuits, Muscle Conditioning, and Flexibility sessions into your weekly routine.  This will ensure you develop a balanced body, reduce your risk for developing overuse injuries and help to avoid mental burnout.


Scheduling:

The Group Training schedule is designed so that you have ultimate flexibility within your weekly exercise routine. We offer 60-minute sessions, six days a week.  You must arrive 15 -30 minutes prior to the scheduled GROUP session.  This provides us time to design your workout for the session.  We start the session 10 minutes prior to scheduled time so you have the full 60 minutes to workout. 

Session Time Slots:

Please be sure to review the schedule carefully. The AM sessions start 10 minutes prior to scheduled time while the PM sessions start at the scheduled time (ex.-Monday we open at 4 PM and close at 7 PM. you may arrive anytime within those 3 hours).  It is in your best interest to show up on time and stay until the completion of the session.


Consistency:

We encourage you to book your Group Training Sessions into your schedule like you do any other type of appointment.  Consistency is the key to results!


Communication with your Trainer:
To allow your Trainer to design your program appropriately through each workout, please advise them if you have encountered any injury, new medications, or any new medical condition that may affect your workout.


Guests:

If you have a family member that is interested in our program, they may try a Group Training Session (some restrictions apply).  If you have a friend interested in our program, they may observe a session.  We do not allow guest to participate in the Group Training Sessions as they would not get full access to the program due to medical/physical screening nor is it fair to current members.  Please schedule an appointment for your guest to let us know they are coming.

One Time Enrollment Fee  $100
As long as you maintain current membership

One Month  $300 (includes Enrollment Fee)
 
Monthly  $125 (based on 12 month commitment)
All monthly payments are done via EFT (on the 25th of the month)

3 Months (prepaid)  $360

6 Months (prepaid)  $660
