A. GTS features a rolling glideboard that fully supports the spine, a dynamic unilateral-bilateral pulley system that encourages movement in all three planes, full joint range of motion and resistance from 5% to 59% of body weight. It engages all major muscle groups for strength and endurance training, stretching and Pilates, and integrates core training in every exercise. With the GTS pulley system, resistance remains constant through the full range of motion. The eight calibrated resistance levels make it easy for club members to find a workout suitable to their fitness level. Over 250 functional exercises can be performed on the unit.

TRX® Suspension Trainer™ exercises allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time and the TRX forces you to use normal coordinated muscle effort, used to complete most everyday activities.
