30 Minute Stretch - Mon @ 11:30 AM Increase your range of motion & posture, ease back pain, & stand taller with this 30 minute stretch class. Option of stretching on the floor or in a chair. All levels welcome
30 Min Balance & Conditioning - Wed @ 11:30 AM Improve your balance and strengthen your muscles through a series of exercises using your body weight, light hand weights, & resistance bands. All levels welcome.
Family Circuit Night - Wed @ 6 PM Designed for parents & children (ages 10-18) to learn the fundamentals of an active lifestyle or enhance their athletic ability. Each week has a different focus: Cardiovascular, Muscle Strength/Endurance, Flexibility, Agility/Balance, and more. We also provide workouts that can be completed during the week at home. You will not only feel better, but help your child understand the importance of an active lifestyle. 60 minute Full Body Circuit workout with your child. One child (ages 10-17) may attend with paying adult.
