Melanie Neat has been doing Tae BoŽ for almost 13 years, and teaching it for 6. She started using Tae BoŽ after her son, Andrew was born in 1998, in which the program helped her to lose and keep off 60 pounds!
Tae BoŽ not only helped her to lose weight, but to build confidence, to believe in who she was, and to become the woman and mother she wanted to be. Because it was so life changing for her, she fell in love with teaching - meeting new people and seeing them discover the power they have to accomplish their dreams!
In Melanie?s journey with Tae BoŽ, she has been blessed to travel the world with Billy BlanksŽ and Team Tae BoŽ. She has traveled to Germany, Trinidad, Canada and Holland as well as throughout the United States; but her favorite trip of all was the Spirit and Body Tour with Billy to visit our troops in Kuwait and Iraq. They spent twelve days traveling base to base, working out with the troops, visiting them, and most importantly - saying thank you to them for all they are doing. It was amazing and humbling to meet the men and women serving our country. And working out outside in 110 degree weather gave her a new respect for training!
Tae BoŽ has brought so many things into her life - love, joy, passion, confidence, strength, power and spirit - it's been an amazing journey and it will last a lifetime!
