
What is Cardio Beat
Cardio Beat is a structured strength, conditioning & weight loss fitness training facility that offers individual, partner, or group sessions. Sessions of 1-30 people of all ages and fitness levels are individually coached through a variety of training exercises. For example, a warm-up on a bicycle, treadmill, stairmaster, or elliptical trainer might be followed by a series of resistance exercises geared toward each individual's need. In another session the workout might emphasize only cardiovascular or a mixture of the two. Each workout is individualized and recorded. Workouts are varied on a daily basis, which prevents monotony and boredom, the reasons most people stop exercising.
Cardio Beat has 20 scheduled group sessions per week to choose from so you never have to worry about rescheduling your appointment with your trainer or working out unsupervised again. Individual personal training sessions are appointment only.
Participants are evaluated with regard to age, height, weight, blood pressure, and body fat measurements and then a program is designed for their specific level of fitness. Progress evaluations are made on a regular basis. And there is progress! The results are rewarding and measurable. For example, in a six-week program for an average person with an average fitness level, can reduce their resting heart rate by 20%, increase muscular strength by 5% to 10%; decrease blood pressure by 20% and reduce the waistline by one-half inches.
