Baby Boot Camp's Mother of All Fitness Challenges Gets Moms Moving
For the second year in a row, Baby Boot Camp is challenging moms to get in the best shape of their lives. The three-month Mother Love Fitness Challenge focuses on strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance as part of a nationwide competition that includes prize packages awarded to America's fittest moms.
Delivered by nationally certified fitness professionals, Baby Boot Camp stroller fitness classes consist of exercises geared to help moms get fit. To jump start moms' fitness goals, Baby Boot Camp has launched the second annual Mother Love Fitness Challenge, Feb. 1 to May 1, 2010. The Challenge focuses on the following fitness goals each month:
February: Strength ? The goal this month is to increase strength and physical confidence. Classes will incorporate three specific exercises that students will complete: push-ups, plank and jump squats.
MoLo Fitness Challenge $26 + class package. 3 Month unlimited classes = $300(save $30), 12 Classes = $120(save $24), 9 Classes = $100 (classes must be completed within 60 days, offer expires 2/28/10, NO CARRY OVERS) Email stephanie.luis@babybootcamp.com to register.
